Brian Bueche
Brian Bueche is Senior Vice President & Chief Lending Officer of Commercial Banking for Silverton Bank. As head of commercial lending, Mr. Bueche oversees the day-to-day management of a $1.4 billion loan portfolio. He previously served as Silverton Bank’s Vice President and Regional Lending Sales Manager for NC, SC, VA and WV. With more than 22 years experience in the financial services sector, including such notable firms as BB&T, M&I Marshall, and Ilsley Bank, Mr. Bueche is a seasoned lender and sales professional with a high level of expertise in successfully managing portfolio credit quality while ensuring minimal loan defaults and adherence to all commercial banking standards. He holds an MBA from Marquette University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
Brock Fredette
Brock Fredette has been with Silverton Bank since 2000. As Chief Credit Officer, Brock is responsible for all credit risk management activities for the company including commercial, retail and capital market credit authorization, loan policy, Loan Operations, credit training, and portfolio metrics. Brock chairs the Corporate Credit Committee and Credit Risk Management Committee. He is a member of Silverton Bank's Asset/Liability Committee, National Expansion Committee, and Technology Steering Committee. During his tenure, Brock has played an integral role in the development of Silverton's decentralized commercial banking platform, a unique platform designed around the needs of community banks, while ensuring consistent standards across the franchise. Brock has held credit and line positions with Regions and AmSouth banks. A native of Chicago, Brock earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Alabama, and an MBA from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
