TBBConnect combines Internet functionality with Silverton Bank’s outstanding service and support.  Online access to your Silverton Bank account(s), as well as to many of the services offered by the Federal Reserve, makes TBBConnect an essential part of our Clearing/Cash Management Program. 


TBBConnect is user friendly

  • A left column menu bar guides you easily from application to application.
  • Online help defines terminology and will lead you through each feature step-by-step. 


TBBConnect is secure

  • Each user may be set up to your exact specifications. 
  • The dual control feature allows users to create and approve transactions, but a user cannot approve his or her own transactions.
  • Dollar limits are required for each TBBConnect user allowing you to control the maximum amounts each user may transact.
  • Files received by Silverton Bank are authenticated to ensure that your bank is the true sender.


Additional TBBConnect features

  • An OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) compliance feature is available.
  • Templates may be established for wires, ACH and FRB services.
  • Once authorized, each transaction is automatically on its way to Silverton Bank.

  • Full support is provided from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday.
  • Please note that Silverton Bank recognizes Federal Reserve Bank holidays and on-call support will not be available on those days.
